Austin Williams Dip FD MBIE began my career in 1993, working within a Corporate and then a large family run company.
Within my nearly 30 years experience in the profession I have achieved the Diploma in Funeral Directing and the Certificate in Embalming.
I have represented the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) at Area and National Level, having been the Area President and Area Secretary for the Western Counties of the NAFD and being elected to serve on the Board of Education for National Office. This allowed me to assist with creating the vision, strategy and plan for training and education services for the benefit of Funeral Service employers and their employees. I consider it an honour and a privilege to have had the opportunity to represent the voice of our Profession.
